"The smallest minority on earth is the individual.
Those who deny individual rights cannot claim
to be defenders of minorities." -- Ayn Rand
The Righteous Pursuit of Justice
With reference to the various contemporary Codes of law, please note that I assume, strictly for the sake of argument, that the
Codes are constitutional and that their application to the individual needs to be scrutinized and dealt with accordingly. Codes
CAN be your friend! Once you have learned, and properly implemented, a compliant plan, you can assume whatever
posture vis-a-vis any governmental agency you so choose.
The maxim of Equity that "those who slumber upon their rights lose them" is in the forefront of the minds of many Americans
who are dissatisfied with the legal system. I submit that a large part of the problem is that the American populace has
slumbered upon their rights and that only vigorous education can reclaim our liberty.
My Russian immigrant grandfather used to say, "a lawyer is only as smart as you make him." Accordingly, my hope is to make
available at this site verified information to help everyone at least become better consumers of legal services and more
informed Americans. My goal is to place my entire law practice in cyberspace so that everyone can get the help they need,
be it about the legal process, the "patriot" movement, or their individual needs.
Promoting public policy based on limited government, free markets, individual liberty, and peace.
