The Eight Point Response Format

**************
DON'T FORGET
You are the master - not the servant !!!

BUT REMEMBER

*** Failure to object timely is fatal, and

*** That which is not denied is admitted

In reference to any government inquiry, or false claim of an obligation upon you, or where facts are alleged against you that are not true and are based solely on presumption ......

ALWAYS:

1.  RESPOND
2.  DENY
3.  ACCUSE
4.  QUESTION
5.  ESTABLISH YOUR INTENT
6.  MAKE YOUR DEMAND
7.  STATE YOUR AUTHORITY
8.  SET A TIME LIMIT

ALSO ALWAYS:

1) When any government agent calls or appears at your door unannounced, always be courteous but firm.  REMEMBER, 90 percent of all criminal convictions come from words out of your own mouth.

2) Train yourself to say, "I'm sorry I'm busy right now.  If you have anything to say to me, please put it in writing."

3) DO NOT GET INTO ANY CONVERSATION WITH THE AGENT.  The government is well known to take anything you say and twist the words to their own benefit.

4) Do not talk to anyone when you are taken off guard.

5) Think first and then choose the time and place when and with whom you will meet and talk, IF you wish to meet and talk at all.

6) Remember the three basic rules of survival.

(a) Keep you mouth shut
(b) Don't say anything
(c) SHUT UP !!!!!
